After reading the other thread here on the forum I decided to ask both Moneybookers and Paypal whether they accept offshore companies/offshore bank accounts or not.
Moneybookers said: they accept cyprus bank account as long as you add a bank account from your country first. For example if you're from Germany you add a German bank account first and a Cypriot as second account.
Moneybookers does allow you to open a new (business) account in this case. You can have 2 accounts at once.:thumbsUp:
