Actually i am not familiar with them, but‍ its wort sending an email.

They didn't accept my offshore jurisdiction in connection with my activity. But you could try.‌ First of all it will be short skype call.

Seems like a B2B operation focused on some specific type of companies - maybe fintech‌ companies that want to get access to the European market?
They have the Lithuanian licence‍ but I don't know anyone who would be using that personally (as a personal account).⁠
