I think everything should be clear with the question in the head.

Especially I am searching for an app that let`s you verify your account and accept third party payments trough SEPA (IBAN) and then let`s you exchange money inside of the app to crypto.

That BIC belongs to Modulr, which is an EMI licensed in UK and Netherlands that runs a Banking-as-a-Service platform. All their partners are required to put something on their websites about it, so you can find a lot just by googling phrases like "is a partner of Modulr Finance B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands", " is a distributor of Modulr FS Limited, a company registered in", and similar wording. Not all partners/distributors of Modulr support crypto activities.
