Minimum setup: creating a Belize IBC subsidiary for a Cyprus company

Some information:
- I'm living in Cyprus (EU)
- Having a Cyprus Limited
- I don't care about anonymity/privacy in this setup (non EU subsidiary should be pretty ok for Cyprus).
- Bank account and where/how to create is not important in this question, it's more about: Am I doing it right in general.

I want to create a Belize IBC subsidiary with the Cyprus Limited as shareholder and director.

First question: I can do that as far as I understand and I do not need to put me myself as director. Or is there any reason to use a nominee director, me myself as director or any other nominee shareholder etc. there?

Second question: I only need a business address / virtual office in Belize for the Belize IBC to have "substance" for the Belize IBC?

You can use your Cyprus company as director and shareholder for the Belize company, that's perfectly fine.

The address is most often provided by the agent that register the company for you.

No not really, but I think I cannot just set office to Cyprus for a Belize subsidiary (I think that's one bit too less, even for Cyprus)... it should look at least a little bit like there is something in Belize.

just use the address that the agent will use in Belize for he company.
