I have a USD borderless account with Transferwise and I'm trying to get it into an exchange. So far, I have tried (and failed) to deposit (fiat) to Paxos, Kraken, Bitstamp, Bittrex to no avail. Ideally I would like to do a fiat USD deposit to an exchange.

Any thoughts? I'm not based in the UK/ USA and I don't have a Revolut account.

Paxos - doesn't process deposits from payment processors. TW payment completed. Paxos rejected and returned‌ funds.
Rest - TW blocks transfer during the transfer process (ie TW doesn't allow the‍ payment to even be sent, there's a blacklist which prevents the user from completing the transfer order)

Ideally I would like to avoid p2p (hodl or localbtc) as there's a⁤ 2.5% charge.

Thx for the feedback, very interesting.

Give a bit more details on your context, surely‌ someone should be able to help you get a bank account somewhere.

Well, I'm not based anywhere around Europe or North America. Ideally I would like to‌ open a "normal" bank account in the US and then move fiat to crypto in‍ USD. Otherwise, I'll need to convert USD to XXX currency, which isn't the best option. Have quite a few grand to move to crypto so looking at the most economical⁤ option.

My destination is Binance.

Maybe try a suisse based crypto exchange, their banking partner might not be blacklisted or‌ even considered as crypto business.
Did you try binance fiat deposit through visa/mastercard ?

Edit : Nevermind, missed the low fees requirements

have you looked into kraken ? and simply withdraw your money to your current bank‌ account maybe?

Looking at fiat to crypto and not crypto to fiat. Also I don't have a‌ USB bank account, so I can't do TW --> US bank --> Kraken

fiat to crypto works also with kraken!

Another option is AdvCash works perfect for this‌ purpose.

Bitcoinsuisse, bity, lykk
Would consider those legit, maybe check that they are regulated by FINMA‍

No, but I'm 99% sure it'll work.

Bitcoin Suisse doesn't have the same volume as‌ the other exchanges.

let me go through the process at bitcoin suisse. it might get flagged at TW‌ if the registered entity has "Bitcoin" in it

You really are not helping yourself by trying to do this with USD
USD has‌ to go via intermediaries - need we go into the problems faced by USD transactions‍ these days let alone being linked to crypto
