Mercury, the blacklist countries

Does anyone know why Croatia and Latvia are on this list? The EU countries…

Nothing that a good photoshop can't solve though 😉

My understanding is that if your country suddenly appeared on this list, the account will be closed. It isn’t possible to simply adjust or correct it, even if you have really moved to a country that is on the “whitelist.”
