can all be done in photoshop. Just make sure the image is cleaned from info and converted to PDF. This forum is the wrong for learning about such stuff, but Google search and you will find how to vanish the trails.

Hopefully I could find someone here with relevant experience so I won't have to do the explaining and trial and errors. Willing to pay $$$ and on a constant basis, could be easy money for someone.
no reason to lie. I really can't. Once I say I need photos to verify my business premises, freelancers go: 'thanks, but no thanks'
