Anyone could share up-to-date information and practical experience with Mauritius? Relocation, experience getting permanent residency, becoming tax resident, bureaucracy, tax man, running business. Thanks

I have a customer that has a Mauritius Company with Bank account in Hong Kong for 10 years. He doesn't do any reporting but since 2016 the bank started to ask many questions. Probably he couldn't open the bank account now
