Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on how to get off the MATCH List, waiting 5yrs is out of the question, can anyone recommend any other alternatives, laywers who specialise in it etc

Thanks

@OP once listed on the match list, its pertinent to move on and get another PSP as the match list tags the concerned entity and as such no processor or gateway can get you onboarded.

most times than not, The use of a legal team might suffice, though due to duration of litigations and counter litigations which does end up in a acrrued costs, its always advisable cut your losses and get another system in play.

moreso match list tends to affects mainly US Based Entities..

Once 15 years ago I was on that list, I'm finally gone, but there is no way out of it even if you use services that claim to be able to do so. Pay what you owe them or wait 5 years.

In the mean time there are solutions inside mentor group gold which can work, they are more on the gray area of doing business!

How were you doing business while you were on the list?

How does getting on the list makes one owe to pay them? And who the them?

you only get on that list if you had an excessive amount of chargebacks! Because after that, fines and penalties comes which can go into hundred of thousands if you have done enough transactions.

It was widely known 15 and even 20 years back... that was the time were TONS OF SCAM Processors popped up, only to rip off merchants, so the merchants turned it against them and both parties were the losers. The card association the winners, they got the money for the fines, frozen money and penalties issued.
