Marshall Islands company formation, what you think?

Is it worth to do some research on Marshall Islands company formation or is it just waste of time. Someone knows what privacy they offer, costs and an agent that actually is able to help with the incorporation of my business there?

Quick search on google including searching for review of IRI shows that it's pretty easy‌ to get an account there. I just don't know about banking how this works in‍ the Marshall Islands yet!

Its quite easy to setup offshore company in Marshall island. But i wonder how about‌ privacy....
