Major banks for offshore company - 3 banks I know of. What do you know?

Hi!

I have a Gibraltar company and I need a bank account for it. The bank account must be from a major bank and have USD account with USD debit card (without conversion fees).

I already managed to get two bank accounts - one in Bank of Cyprus (but doesn't have USD debit card), and one in PKO in Poland. The problem is that I live in Poland so I don't want a Polish bank (so the company will not have Polish tax residency).

I tried few banks in Czech Republic and Slovakia but got rejected. They do not open for offshore companies.

Do you know of a major bank I can open account with? I also know CIM Banque in Switzerland agrees, but I don't consider it reliable and major.

What about Euro Pacific bank and ABC Bank Mauritius !

Do you consider them major banks? I consider them pretty fishy offshore banks 🙂
I'm talking about Major banks like HSBC, DEUTCHE and etc 🙂

There are not such banks other than in Singapore where banking is crap.
