Mailjet suspended our account, no mails are send from OCT right now.

Why not setup your own multiple-IP mail server - with the correct DMARC, DKIM and SPF records. We use a service called easydmarc to monitor and manage our mail systems.

How does or can an email-service reveal your IP if you send emails via that email-service itself? That is, your server doesn't appear anywhere because an email-server sends email by itself.
