EU isn't anti-capitalist. It is pro capitalist. They simply⁣ don't want you to get rich. It's a neo-oligarchy system. If you want to become⁢ an enterpreneur and get rich that way, well.. forget about it. You will only be︀ able to do with someone else's capital, and you'll be doing the dirty job sacrificing︁ your life for peanuts.

It's worth digging deeper as in some jurisdictions, you have exemptions⁤ to certain types of income or as non-domiciled individual (e.g., Cyprus)
In Estonia income taxed⁣ in a foreign state is exempt from tax in Estonia and there is no gift⁢ tax.
 
Indeed its technically EU while not so on‌ paper
