if the company is not in good standing you⁤ will have difficulties to switch to another agent, I just saying.

company is dormant. good standing. only trademark registered... so why can't they issue new one?‌

If the Certificate is lost, the Authority can give you a certified copy of the‌ original Certificate of Incorporation but they do not issue new one.
