Looking to Acquire EMI Licensed Business in Europe

Myself and my partner are looking to acquire a company with an active EMI License in Europe. Must be able to open Iban accounts for customers and be able to deal in USD and EURO. Can be an already operational and profitable, can also be something in between.
Whats the best way going about to find a good list for such a company ? Obviously due diligence will be made by our lawyers but would love to know where best to find such offers.

Why are you looking to buy an EMI licensed business? Do you have a background in financial services?

In Disney land.

Buying an existing EMI is like buying Fred West's old house. At some point even after due diligence all the buried bodies will start showing up and authorities will be on you. In plain English you will be taking on unknown future liabilities or even legal cases. Start your own EMI if you want a clean one or roll the dice and accept the unknown risks.

For a quick laundering op an established EMI is a good choice.
