Looking for vcc, real card reloadable with paypal

Hello, I am looking for vcc's or real prepaid card that i can reload with paypal in their website is it possible?
I see a lot of these services around but they do not have this topup method

At OP With the top up executed from PP, how do to you intend to cashout the Vcc.?

the physical card as most times can be cashed out through several outlets..cig-:,rea#44!
