Looking for reliable payment partner

Hi!
I have been running Market Research Apps for over 2 years. My user base has grown tremendously. I am looking for someone who has a business Paypal account with mass payment enabled.
Currently, I am from India and Indian Paypal accounts don't have mass payment feature supported. So, I am looking for someone who has this feature.
My monthly payouts come to around $40,000.
Paypal mass payment takes 2% of the entire amount. I can give 2% MORE who can help me.
I just need access to this feature and nothing else. Rest all would be taken care by me.

I think you should try very hard. No one wants to deal with this type of business proposal. Try a high-risk merchant account.
