I have a US Multi-Member LLC where both owners are US non-residents. I believe many here are already familiar with that structure and its specific characteristics, so no need to explain it in detail. I’m currently looking for someone who can prepare Form 1065 for our partnership.
I previously used the services of Ross Treeby, mentioned on this forum too many times, but he seems to have disappeared. From what I’ve seen on YouTube, Jason D. Knott seems to know quite a bit about taxes. Do you have anyone you could recommend? Honestly, I’d prefer to avoid large firms where I’ll end up dealing with an agent who’s here today and gone tomorrow.
