We process about 1m/month. Our cbs % are between 1 and 2.

We're searching MID able to process international traffic.

That's some of the new buzz it seems, many have come around here searching for merchant accounts for this type of business. I may look into it. There are tons of high risk processors around should @Gediminas not be able to help you, have a look inside the Mentor Group Gold forums, there are quite many to start with.

Important is a good 6 months old processing history, low chargeback ratio below 1% , small ticket size and a professional website that comply with PCI and Visa / MC regulations.
