Looking for Fully Private Company Formation

Hi,

I'm looking for a FULLY private solution/seller that can set up companies based in locations such as UK/USA/EU with full Nominee service and Banking/EMI setup.
Services like setting up websites/email/.. are a bonus 😉
Payment via Crypto (Bitcoin).

NOTE: want to remain anonymous, so if you require documents from my side, I'm not interested.

Not at all. All directors of Swiss companies are shown in the registry

If you appoint nominee shareholder and director UBO will not be to find in any of such register. I just checked a few of them for the cantonal Zug! you can see director and board members, but not UBO - so it's not correct what I posted, I mean UBO will not be to see anywhere.

UBO registers are being implemented all over Europe. You also need a nominee/fake UBO to achieve real privacy

yes it looks like it will be like that in the future. But no one know specific to Switzerland I believe?

What other country would you suggest?

FULLY private means forming something on homeless/strawman what we of course DON'T do as it's ILLEGAL.

When someone sticks to our setup - which you can call in the context of this thread a PSEUDONYM Setup - he is within the law.

OP If you need a setup with pseudonym PM me, I don't need your documents at all. If you want legal stuff go with the many honest providers around here, @Fred is one of the good guys around.

To setup a anonymous company without to be the UBO is not difficult in the UK and Cyprus, I have first hand experience with it. BUT, to get a bank account or EMI is much more difficult.

This used to be the case in the past, this is no longer applicable. Cyprus, as the whole of the EU, are implementing the UBO register, the UBO's details must be recorded in the register by the company, and the register will be public as of 1/6.

Further to this, not properly recording the details in the register is a criminal offence.

Finally, providers also have obligations under AML Law to collect KYC documentation from their clients.

So what you are mentioning is no longer legal or possible in Cyprus (at least from proper and regulated providers)
