Looking for EMI+debit card that accept Seychelles IBC

I have plan to incorporate Seychelles IBC.

But I've just found out nowadays most bank and EMI don't accept Seychelles IBC.

Have any EMI+debit card that accept Seychelles IBC ?

- Or l should to consider incorporate another country instead ?

- I want 0% tax benefit from offshore company setup.

Make a paying agent in Europe to get card.
With Seychelles try something known as Epayments etc.

- Have another EMI ? , l want to have 2-3 debit card for risk reduction.
