It relates to my personal situation, there is nothing that you can't do with IBKR.

Usually you can transfer stocks from any broker, but it is not recommended. Better to sell and rebuy.

I mean old emails of when I was trading fiat/crypto with them OTC, now I use other services as I no longer have big amounts of fiat to handle.

You need to contact them, they offer some services privately, for example OTC trading.
