Also, rereading this, if by "gift cards" you mean prepaid visas/mastercard/amex, you are definitely a MSB. You may think you have uncovered a genius arbitrage opportunity because you can buy those prepaid cards from Nigerians on paxful for 15-20% off and only pay the 3% processor fees, but let me tell you that every single merchant processor flags accounts that receive the majority of their payments from prepaid cards. You will churn merchant accounts and will have to continually make new companies and accounts. Also most people don't use companies like Stripe or Square and instead settle on more unconventional ways of processing cards like︀ having an Amazon merchant account or Gumroad or even Onlyfans (of course you also have︁ to pay higher fees). There is definitely some money to be made but you will︂ have to deal with frozen funds and "we are closing your account effective immediately" and︃ a whole host other things that make you wish you just worked a normal job.︄ Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Anyways, moral of the story︆ is processing the cards yourself unless you have a huge business with lots of actual︇ card volume to run them through is probably not gonna work and if you really︈ wanna do this you should think about other creative ways of converting the cards into︉ dollars (buying iphones, ... up to you). Also I know probably no one on this︊ forum cares about this but I would also advise you to ask yourself "How exactly︋ does a 20-something Nigerian male obtain 3000 $100 Visa prepaid cards a week and why︌ is he selling them for a substantial discount?" and consider whether you would like to︍ be the subject of an elder fraud investigation or not.
