Looking for brokerage for SVG LLC with Panamanian UBO?

Hi all,

I’m looking to open a brokerage account for my SVG company as a Panama UBO it works as my investment holding company; so far I tried with IBKR in which I already hold a personal individual account but unfortunately they explicitly do not accept private investment vehicles that operate from Panama or from Panama UBOs and they only tell you at the very end of the application which is incredibly frustrating.

Anyways I saw in another post a user called @efcruzat succeeded to open an account with Swissquote for his Panama based company a few years ago, I've heard Charles Schwab international is up for business too but I’d like to ask a few questions before approaching; recently Panama was finally removed from the EU FATF grey list which I guess is a plus.

For context the company has it’s Panama bank account which I opened myself, and several digital assets exchange accounts so I’m used to stringent KYC/KYB checks but I guess a Swiss bank/broker is on a whole new level so any firsthand experience or pointers would be hugely appreciated happy to swap notes.

Interesting setup, frustrating that IBKR only discloses their restrictions at the end.

Have you tried‌ Swissquote yourself yet, or just going off what others have posted?

Also curious: are you‍ planning to hold mostly traditional assets or crypto through the brokerage?
