I understand this forum is mainly sponsored by offshorecompnycorp. however it seems they are unable to assist in the matter of drafting agreements between parties etc.

I am wandering if anyone on this paid side of the forum has insider knowledge to a good Legal company which can do the setup and draft agreements or is it better that i first setup the companies and draft the agreements later?

Offshorecompanycorp only seems to work on Cyprus banks, What is the advantages and disadvantages for this?

Well this is why im asking OCRA has been suggested thats 1 anyone else has any other reliable companies?

There are a lot of Lawyers around, I know at least 2 you can trust and use for this purpose. Do you have any preferences to where they should be located?

Wonder what goals you have and your budget. For me it's obvious which Company could help you depending on your budget. OCRA is the most professional Company provider around but they are expensive too, very expensive!
