Hi all,
I had a similar thread in the forum's open section and I was advised to open a new thread here.
I was an IT employee for years, now I run a small company in my country (not EU), we are doing IT (software development/IT consulting). I have only local contracts, the revenue is not huge (under $80k/year). So legitimate local business, white niche, all taxes are paid.
I have a plan how to increase company's revenue: most profitable contracts are handled here through e-procurement system (B2B, B2G...). So I looked through all tenders in my fields, they seem much lucrative than my current contracts. Most of the tenders have requirement the company to operate at least 3 years, so in 2 years I would like to participate in those tenders.
But there is a challenge, most tenders have a requirement that company should have international contracts (seems like this phrase in generic in most tenders, the company who participate in those tenders should demonstrate that it has both local and international contracts). All other requirement I will fulfil in 2 years, I have a corresponding plan.
This requirement to have international contract(s) is a bit challenging for me. We tried to find some customers via Upwork, but that's not so easy when competing all those Indians. It was a time-wasting experience.
So, now I'm trying to find an invoice factory solution:
1. I pay some person $1k - $2k(max) every month during 2 years via USDT/Bitcoin/Eth... (Could be done by cash also - I would like not to do a bank transaction to be under radar)
2. I send an invoice (IT consulting) to this person's company (located in EU/US or any not) every month
3. This person pays for the invoice from my transaction minus his/her fees.
4. From received transaction I will pay all taxes in my country.
Is there anyone here who could help me arrange this kind of scenario?
