I'd like some opinions on the best business structure for a VOD service. The content to be provided is not licensed and so I'd like to ensure as much privacy as possible while lowering my own risk in the event of DMCA requests.

I intend to pay all taxes and am not interested or concerned with sheltering. Primary concern is privacy and risk mitigation re: DMCA. Is a Delaware LLC and webhosting cover and stripe the best way to do this? Are there other considerations that should be made?

VOD = Video on demand, like streaming services. why New Mexico vs Delaware or Wyoming?

Stripe is certainly not a solution if you want a sustainable VOD business. Look for a proper payment gateway / merchant account. They'll shut you down faster than you can sign up if you don't know what you're doing - and if you know what you're doing - you're always one step away from not getting paid out.
