Looking for a way to withdraw from PayPal anonymously.

Total newbie and civilian in anything financial but the forums topics interested me so here‌ we go. If I was to set up a Pay Pal account is there any‍ way to transfer money to a bank or an institution which would let me withdraw⁠ it to cash absolutely anonymously? Regular and local banks are all regulated and based on⁤ ID verification. I heard and read that pure anonymous banking ended a long time ago⁣ so Im looking for any alternative in above mentioned situation. Thanks in advance and great⁢ forum.

In most cases PayPal name doesn't need to match bank account owner name. I think‌ the only way would be creating EMI account with darks. I'm not sure if all‍ EMIs are possible to be withdrawn to with PayPal, I know TransferWise is
