this shouldn't be a problem with most banks unless your citizenship or country of residence stinks or on a sanction list or so....

All what I have heard confirms this; even with EU citizenship and residence it is quite complicated, currently. Especially for an one man show.

Based on what you're writing, it's difficult to provide qualified suggestions.
Generally, it would be possible for users who might be able to help to post information about the companies they believe could assist and send a DM directly to the OP (you don’t need to encourage this, as new users can’t DM). Otherwise, ask questions that can be answered in the thread.

DM is an abbreviation for a Direct Message (frequently called also a Private Message) to another forum user.

For DM see above; OP stands for the Original Poster (the initiator of the thread), it's used sometimes.
To send direct messages / start conversation with some forum member you either have to be (roughly said) being here active for some time and gaining some reputation; or to upgrade to the︀ Mentor Group.
