Location to setup a company for dropshipping

Hello guys,

What's the best location (excluding offshore countries) where it's preferable to setup a company for a dropshipping store (shopify) that makes about 100k of sales per month?

The shareholders can be European or non European; both anyway live in Tax Free countries (where it's not possible to setup a company for shopify).

I thought about a UK LLP but after 80k or so VAT has to be applied; I was checking in UAE but it's not clear which freezone or which type of company should look for...I don't want to spend a crazy amount.
