Paxful is being investigated by the DOJ.

I've been keeping a log of what's appearing in the market.

Beta users only -> defi offramp (new)
https://hodlhodl.com/ - P2P
Home - P2P (kinda like that one the DOJ just indicted over - likely used for laundering - be aware!!)
Buy crypto without fees and no KYC required

I think basically if you use any exchange take records frequently and ensure you are covered from AML if P2P!!

Bitcoin just went up 40% plus in January. Some shitcoins even 100%. Ill take that cold and harsh winter month any day.
But my work is done for the year.

You can use it all on DeFi equivalents or you can move to friendly country. For example, GMX offers similar leverage casino to bybit for example and you do not have to trust them taking your coins like Ftx did.

Am i correct to assume that the exchanges that go bust are mainly those that were offerring some staking , interest earning or similar products?

i'm glad this s**t p2p is closing . i once dealt with indian scammer support was crap even in the dispute scammer admitted he did not send the money , lb ruled in his favor after a series of requests that violate privacy.

Localcryptos had more coins and didn't have KYC but anyway closed the shop for 'health reasons'. It must be some sort of p2p disease out there.
