LLC in EU, Hungarian most probably.

Hi,

I'm nomad and travel a lot. I do have w EU passport.
I do have LLC in Emirates and carry on small buisness there. I would like to start buisnes in EU, import/export and online sales.
I'm wondering which country i could open comoany for online sales i EU?
I think abouth Hungary but maybe there are other alternative worth to consider?

Hungary as the highest VAT tax in europe (27%).

Ok corporate tax is "only" 9% + 2% of local business tax so 11% in total.

Bureaucraty is quite a nightmare there.

No WHT for dividends if you have a holding above your HU structure.

There are smaller towns where no local business tax exists and they can be used as bases for companies. However the bureaucracy is still significant agree.

We can offer Bulgaria as it has 10% corporate tax

Depending on the amount of transaction , if you will have a lot it is better to hire your own accountant in Bulgaria , Accounting services - starting from 120 EUR per month
