Europe and Russia, no Bahamas. The only gold in the Bahamas is the one you can dig out where the X is.

I prefer to do it in Dubai on the ground instead of online.
In terms of storage, you can do it with a local safe box provider, a bank or in a freezone - do your DD. Also not too complicated to ship it with emirates safe cargo.

So you need to fly with the Gold or money if you want to get it out of there quickly, not the best option in my opinion.

As I understood, the question was, how to buy gold with Bitcoin.
How to handle that after is a whole other topic and depends greatly on the required anonymity and or general plan of action with the newly acquired bars.

Does one have to send the physical Gold to them and trust they will pay you money ?

I used European Mint (europeanmint.com) in the past, multiple times. I got the metals assayed, and I met them in person, so I can vouch for them.

They store the Gold for you, so everything can be handled online or personal visit is required?

It seems like they have either temporarily paused bitcoin payment or cancelled it completely. From the FAQ :
