List of Possible Formation Agents

Hi All,

Wanted some advise to reliable AGENTS: Not looking for Free Tax Advise thought your free to spit your opinions or structure setups that work. However to make things clear this post is just some possible agents which can handle setup structure and agreements or drafts written out between 2 parties.


2 Setups Required:

1st:
I am interested firstly to setup an Offshore company not under my name, I have a partner who is willing to handle the Asian export and product purchasing side. Whilst i setup a UK Company as an agent to handle Sales, Support, day to day operation in the office.

2nd setup is required for how to successfully transfer sales of asset (Wife) to the UK under my name for investment or under a business UK Setup. with minimal tax exposure.

This is just the breif explanation: I assume the mentor group more information is given than the normal forums. As advised i am posting here.

You may use TurnerLittle for this purpose as well as Ocra and API Intertrust

All three Companies are well known and have been in business for a very long time.

Do you have any preferences to where the offshore company shall be located? I would setup a corp for instant in Seychelles if you plan to trade in Asia!

To structure the group of companies you can do later on easily it's not something that cost a lot or is complicated.

I would do that as a loan from the offshore corp. or if allowed directly from the UK corp. as long as she isn't the owner or has anything to do with the UK corp you are allowed to give her a loan!

The way @moneynetwork think of may work for you if you can find some tax lawyer in the UK that can help you with the documents.

I know these guys Corporate | Mackrell Turner Garrett which are very helpful - they are not cheap but they are good.

OP did you had success with one of the mentioned agencies? I have been using offshoreformation247 before which has been cheap and good since I didn't need any advice or follow up support.
