In my opinion, Think long term Do not try to Find the Bank, It may‌ support today but What about tomorrow? Like "DogeFather" Elon Musk's Tesla corp accepting Bitcoin for‍ the car. Suddenly They are not accepting. It is very risky anything related to Crypto.
Find a way to transfer money to a bank account without any Crypto trace.

As I mentioned in the above post

1)Prepaid Card (Pay a premium of Pension policy)
2)Gold
3) IT company Invoices
4)Gift card selling (You can buy a gift card using bitcoin⁤ and sell to Paypal Balance)
5)Crypto-> EMI-> Crowdfunding Website -> Real Bank account.
6)Fx Broker⁣ Mirror Trading
7) Direct Crowdfunding service that accepts Bitcoin.
8) Buy real estate with Crypto,⁢ Earn rental in Fiat or Sell for fiat after some time

You can easily transfer︀ six-figure income to your Real bank account without any Crypto trace.

It is better to︁ play on the safe side.

P.S. I am not an expert or any tax law︂ qaulification. It is just an info. Do it at your own Risk.

I am still researching options because I am not a specialist. I don't know if my method is better. The⁤ reason is that I am about to setup an LLC in Wyoming, USA. It is⁣ the most affordable option that I could find for me. It is around $400 to⁢ open and $300 for anual fees.

I will check Kraken support, but I think It︀ is not possible to open an business account from USA.

If there is an option︁ to forming an offshore (not so tax heaven, because several locations are blacklisted in my︂ country) which able me to open an account in Kraken would be perfect.

Business

Are there any industries that Bankers does not serve?Bankers considers the following sectors‌ as high-risk industries:

  • Shell banks;
  • Non-account holders/customers;
  • Arms, defense, military;
  • Illicit trade of tobacco, alcohol,‍ prescription drugs, steroids, guns;
  • Red-light business/adult entertainment, drugs, trafficking;
  • Unlicensed or illegal gambling, lotteries, software;
  • Pyramid or Ponzi schemes;
  • Sale of government ID’s or documents;
  • Replicas.
Bankers services are also⁤ not available for companies that:
  • Require and do not have a license to operate in⁣ certain jurisdictions;
  • Violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;
  • Encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others⁢ to engage in illegal activity;
  • Promote or cause hate/violence/racism/religious persecution;
  • Involve offering or receiving payments︀ for the purpose of bribery or corruption, or any form of high yield financial investments︁ (get rich quick schemes).

Thanks for the list. @azb1, when you say crowdfunding site, can you give an‌ example of what you mean please? Thanks. I wouldn't want to crowdfund someone else's business‍ idea with any crypto profits.

I see you listed Mercury among the crypto-friendly ones. I already have a business account‌ with them but I've been too afraid to ask about crypto. Do you have trustworthy‍ references about them being crypto-friendly? Can you please elaborate? Thanks 🙂

Their response is this:
"
Thanks for reaching out here. We currently do not have an explicit ban on transfers‌ to/from exchanges for crypto, but our banking partners have historically looked into this further. This‍ means that they may delay these transfers or deny them if they deem them not business-related for your account."

I think this means that if your business isn't related to crypto in any way and/or⁤ you are doing withdrawals from an individual account instead of a business account in the⁣ crypto exchange is possible to get it rejected by Mercury's bank partner (Evolve Bank &⁢ Trust)

Haha This is really creative. I'm not tax law qualified too, this why︅ I don`t if it is really the best options, but I loved so much it︆ haha 😉

I have visited the sun crowdfunding there, really interesting. But I don`t understand the︇ 1) Prepaid cards with pension policy? How did work?

I think you could add Relay in there! This is what they told me when‌ asking about crypto:

"While Relay users can periodically buy or use crypto with a Relay‍ account, using the account primarily for purchasing crypto and dealing in crypto exchange as a primary business activity is currently not permitted."

Relay, are you happy with them? I can't refrain from looking at all the EMI's,‌ Neobanks and other services popping up lately and think if this is going to be‍ wrong at some point in the near future.

As of yet, I can say they have a very active support and development team. So far⁤ they've been good to me.
