I have a wyoming llc
I had to make the certificate of incumbency on my‌ own using a free trial with rocketlawyer and it was rejected.
the registered agent sent‍ me a certificate of actual status, which was rejected.

it seems I can't solve this⁠ leupay verification thing

The only one that can get you the document for your current company is this‌ service provider! Most often it is something they can issue within a day (some even‍ within hours) provided the company is in good standing!
 
If you need the Certificate of Incumbency, your Registered Agent must give it.
Otherwise change Agent.‍
 
I just re-read your message, I already have a certificate of incumbency. How can I‌ apostille it? The RA shall do it? or is is done in another way?
 
ask your agent to do it. They are the people that⁠ have to do it.
 
Why is the IBAN not working at LeuPay you say? @Nomad have you looked into‌ Breder as suggest on the forum a few times?
