I made a typo, sorry. You⁠ can have 1 dormant LTD and 1 IBC as members, the LTD would file as⁤ dormant and wouldn't get any profits so 100% goes to the IBC tax free.

The problem is how to get banking for this setup because they "rate" the LLP based⁣ on the worst member (means, banking for such llp will most likely be as hard⁢ as for an IBC). Also most if not all offshore jurisdictions have substance rules nowadays,︀ including Seychelles.

Having just stablished a new IBC in the Seychelles I’d say Fidelity were faultless.

Quick, professional, not too expensive and communicated effectively. Admin has a thread somewhere where he states‌ he has first hand experience with them also.
