Legit second passport programs ?

Hi i was wondering if any of these programs providing pretty cheap second passports to countries like mozambique , macedonioa etc are any legit ? Is it possible to register companies and bank accounts on these programs ? If you know any trustworthy provider of these passports i would appreciate a pm since links here i guess are against forum spam policy.

Well if there are cheap do not even think to invest in one. Most of the real programs are not cheap.

There is not a legal program as you are mentioning, maybe underground you will find some people who do work doing this kind of program but you will not find anything on any government site regarding this issue.

Yep, do not trust anyone who tells you it a legal process. You can get it that is for sure, you will get a new certificate of birth, new name, new id and new passport, but you will have to come to Guatemala, there is no way someone can do it if you do not come. Another thing is if you do come to Guatemala and you get these documents the documents will be legal (since I have seen someone that has done it) BUT the program is not legal.
