Legal representative in UAE

• I have established a company in IFZA
• For commercial reasons I had to hire a nominee as signatory
• My advisor (the nominee) takes ages to sign any piece of paper, or move any finger for whatever reason and I am paying 4k usd per quarter for a disappointing service
• I am not happy to say the least and would like to replace him
• In Switzerland one can get legal represenation service (so called fiduciary or treuhand) for as little as 6k chf per year
• Unfortunately in the UAE the legal representative service is not as competitive as it is in Switzerland

Can you suggest someone to do the job more efficiently and cheaper?

Unfortunately, you should not expect European-level service in UAE. The banking and financial system is‌ not developed very much.
