Legal company how to choose the right country

Hello,

I plan to build a legal company with of course low taxes.

I read a lot on the forum and i hesitate between :
Ireland
Bulgaria
Cyprus
Estonian company with e-residency.

Anyone had experience on thoses countries ?

What busines are you into? What are you goals? Do you look for any privacy?‌

I have been using a Cyprus company non resident for a long time, I don't‍ pay any tax. Ireland may be cheaper to maintain long term I'm still investigating my⁠ options there.

I don't need privacy for this company‌ is just need to get something legal with low taxes and easy to manage 😀

This Company Formations Ireland, Register a company in Ireland seems to be the cheapest way‌ of doing it. Accounting and filing of tax reports in Cyprus including renewal of the‍ company is aprox EUR 3500 while a Irish company is way cheaper to maintain.

that's the registration‌ fee.. what is the annual maintainance fee i.e. accounting and filing of tax ? or‍ is that not required?

That's pretty cheap compared to Cyprus corps. What documents are required to register a company,‌ passport, utility bill and a lot of forms to be completed or ?

If Bulgaria is so cheap in registration and annual fees it's worth to consider and‌ compare to Cyprus or even Ireland!

For most of us in online business it will work. Why would I tell them‌ that I'm into P**N or casino biz if I open the corp. with darks? I‍ could care less 😀
