Left home country. Nomad for 3 months prior to relocation to new country. 400k USD payment incoming - how to structure?

I have a client that owes me 400k usd. I just left New Zealand (citizen) and will dissolve my New Zealand company. I'm in SEA right now but will relocate to USA in next few months.

We are a crypto company so no concerns about banking although Wise access would be helpful.

I was thinking of setting up an IOM company to invoice for this payment - thoughts?

Sorry, just to be clear are you owed $400k in fiat that you will receive by wire transfer or crypto?

Do you want to receive the funds in a personal or business account?
