Assuming that his posts are genuine, he's a good case study on the Dunning-Kruger effect.

Guy makes posts exposing himself online => people warn him about investing in Latin American "high-risk" sectors without deep connections => bUt laWYer saID iTz saiFE

Just because he may know his way around the dark web doesn't make him good at selecting talent. And if he's asking these questions on a public forum, I don't think wealth management is his strong suit either.

You can visit the beach every day, too. The girls in Florianópolis are like Germans, Norwegians, Swedish, Danish, etc with protruding Gluteus Maximus and the "hot blood" of a chili pepper Latina.
