How would you go about laundering a few million in crypto to make it look legitimate for taxes, considering the way it was obtained isn't exactly "ideal"?

Social media marketing? Online goods?

Or would you go about it another way, like buying gold with crypto in Dubai?

I'd first and foremost try to avoid it. How non-ideal are we talking?

If you've been engaged in serious criminal activities (drugs, hacking, weapons, trafficking, terrorism), you have a big problem.

But if the funds are less gravely tainted, then you might be surprised how lenient tax authorities can be if you proactively negotiate with them (with the help of a lawyer). You might end up paying more tax than you would've in an ideal situation but that's probably less of a bother than the prison time you're facing if your laundering scheme blows up.

Relocation to a place with low taxes and/or fewer questions for a couple of years while you cash out might also be a worthwhile endeavor.

This is the probably the answer to your question.

I would strongly recommend that you ask such questions elsewhere. Unfortunately, there are limits to what we can address, and direct, obvious questions like these can only lead to trouble for you and others.

As you are likely aware, what you are engaging in is strictly illegal, and OCT should not be used as a platform for any kind of criminal activity.

This thread is now closed, and I kindly ask you to consider carefully before creating such a thread again.
