Large Prepaid Cards

Hey Guys,
What have you seen lately in terms of large prepaid cards processors? There is a well-known is Switzerland that would allow uploads of up to $70k, then was told of another one that would allow up to $ 500k but now hearing there seems to be at least 2 players, one with an EUR 1.6mm and another USD 2.5mm uploads.
Is this possibly true? Would you know who/ where are these?

Quite a few providers but doesn't seem right to put their names here on public‌ display but nothing irregular or illegal at all. HNW people upload these large amounts to‍ handle daily expenses and avoid the burden of having to send payment instructions to the⁠ bank all the time, specially if your account has high scrutiny and you have to⁤ provide support docs all the time, also, if your account gets blocked for any reason⁣ you still can handle your expenses for some good time until/ if you sort that⁢ out.

It's a pleasure for our team to be new to this great community, and I‌ hope and regret not to disturb everyone by replying to and opening old threads.
There are cases and cases, many HNW people can handle a regular⁠ card with certain spending terms, but agreed by the client himself and there are people⁤ with really expensive and incredibly rare expenses, i can assure you from own experience

There are people who 1 M$, does not last in their hands less than 1 hour,⁣ in the right place even few minutes.
In the context of really lavish shopping and⁢ really expensive gambling are understandable examples.
