Kazakhstan bank for high-risk business

Does anyone know any Kazakhstan bank accepting high-risk business? Recently come across a lot of introducers suggesting to open a business account in Kazakhstan. I was just wondering if i could be able to get some information around this.

They are most likely going to place you with Collect&Pay (an EMI-type institution) or Sberbank. A few other banks pop up as well sometimes.

You can go with Collect&Pay directly. No need for an intermediary. But for regular banks, an intermediary or physical presence in Kazakhstan is practically mandatory for most people not from the region.
