I am a US resident and last year I started organizing my asset protection structures.
I spent months researching the best way to open an LLC in Belize or Nevis and this forum would have been of great help.

I still have problem with offshore banking, and I hope that I will find some help here.

What kind of problems with offshore banking do you have?

I have a Belize LLC owned by a US LLC. The Belize LLC is a‌ disregarded entity for the IRS and has an EIN.
I have trouble finding a cheap‍ offshore account and also to find a US bank willing to open an account too.⁠

Like Patrick above I have a Belize LLC. I am with EPB at the moment‌ but they are becoming a real pain in the butt. I have received 13 payments‍ in 2 years and two of them have been held up in "Compliance" for days/weeks.⁠ I have a business to run and I don't like having no liquidity while I⁤ wait for EPB to do whatever waste of time thing they are doing.
Anyone with⁣ an alternative would be my hero.
