To work out favorably with the laws of my jurisdiction where I have a residency, an administration company and holding, I am searching to incorporate a prop trading (crypto) at an offshore jurisdiction with the following requirements : corporate tax between 4% (base threshold matters) and 15% coupled to the least amount of accounting (and administrative) obligations to run the operations. Any suggestions to review please ?

Cyprus non-dom will work with 0% tax if structured correct. Speak with @CyprusLaw or someone from Cyprus about it.

You could setup a company in Zug / Switzerland as most cryptos do, that's also low to no tax depending on the structure.

Thanks. I should have been more precise.

Considering to have a holding in Andorra where dividends are tax free only if the participation shares are from an offshore company with a corporate tax of 4% minimum, otherwise the rate jumps to 10%

Ideally, I'd be searching for a trading company in a jurisdiction where the accounting obligations are minimal (similar to SVG or Seychelles), with a corporate tax the closest to 4% (not 0% as it would defeat the purpose with Andorra)

Before you setup a SVG or Seychelles company for this purpose I would get in touch with some tax lawyer in Andorra and ask him if it will work as you plan here. Theoretical it looks fine, but I could imagine that it is just like this.
