Sheeeshh, a sad and sombre moment indeed..a reality check on how life gets fragile overtime and how we all ought to cherish the times and moments shared amongst all and on planet earth.
@jafo my fav forum buddy,we shared a few ideas and thoughts via PM, and without fail, always had a positive reaction to all threads and posts; very frequent on mine as well as the forum as a whole...
Humble appreciations for all your,efforts,time and inputs, shared to us all, privately and as a community..

@jafo was one of the most honourable guests here. We all know him and his eternal support for many of us. He had no incentive to go hiding. Maybe if he got blocked, but this clearly is not the case as confirms @JohnLocke's post.
Yes. I know well that (almost) everything is possible in the cyberspace; nevertheless, in this particular case we are, apparently, facing the︀ sad reality. (Some of us were in contact with jafo independently, too.)

While we can't verify what has happened. I want to share what his presence meant to me.
His humor and perspective always cracked me up while making me think very thoroughly about my movements. What truly set him apart was his willingness to share wisdom that most would never dare give away, let alone to internet strangers. He made sure that both his missteps and others' mistakes were shared openly, not for entertainment, but so we could prevent similar situations in our own lives.
In a world where people carefully curate their image, Jafo gave us something far more valuable: raw honesty and real lessons︀ learned the hard way. His posts and messages created a unique way to share wisdom︁ that made us both laugh and think deeply.
Whether he's out there somewhere having his︂ own adventures or has truly left us, his impact on this community remains profound.

I always felt an unspoken connection based on sometimes very minimalist interaction (a like on a post here and there). It’s sad to have to say permanent farewells and rely on memories and the legacy of the information shared.
