It's possible to setup a Swiss company anonymous!

Sorry for not updating the thread earlier.

First of all, I can reveal that I have run this setup as a test together with someone else from offshorecorptalk - who it is, that person will reveal himself when the time is right.

So far the status is that the company is registered, it took 1 month from the company capital being fully paid in until the notary, authorities finally got the company registered.

The company we have used will remain secret until we have the final say in place. But so far I can reveal that the costs have amounted to 7200 CHF with a nominee director for the first year. The man is a pensioner and seems very accommodating.

There are no names publicly disclosed, they are only in the "stammbuch" which is with the company that has taken care of it all.

What you have to be aware of is that we now have an address on the company that screams to the heavens that it is a "setup", it is a stupid C/O address and not only that, it also says C/O XXXX GmbH

So everyone can see it's a shell.

My conclusion so far is that you have to find an office, you depend on having a Swiss in the company (therefore you have to have a company to help you) or you have to move there yourself, I'm on my way...

Next, you must have an account, we are currently trying. with Wise and then I'll get a regular account next time I'm in Zug.

So, all in all, I'm quite satisfied.

But there will be a sequel on the service provider which is a "fun little story" and which will interest many.

Incidentally, the company was founded with only crypto, nothing else.

You just say to the agent to change the address in the register with this one. It's not an office, it's a virtual office and that doesn't have anything to do with accounting and having a nominee director.

Everything is setup and we are doing fine with the company.,

So far we have managed to get fully working Wise, Airwallex, Currenxie accounts more are in the pipeline and waiting for approval.

Good job, congrats. Did setup a company in Switzerland too. It is "semi anonymous" means the provider did something that prevent our names to figure online anywhere. It is legal as far as I understand, so we are happy.

Following some of the many threads in the public forums, I see more and more threads about Swiss company setups especially ZUG - people claim it is not possible to setup such companies anonymous or at least without my name to appear public in the company records. That's not true.

Provided by service provider recommend here on the forum, I have appointed a nominee director and shareholder to my Zug AG - guess what, I'm out of the register and only in the physical company book it is possible to see who owns the company. If that book vanish or someone "forgot" to put my name in there, I'm not registered anywhere!

Now it is up to you to think out of the box, tweak and adjust this setup for the best.

On top, you can be employed in the company, that means, you pay tax from your monthly pay, but the company is fully controlled and managed in Zug and pay only 11,9% corporate tax. You can stash your assets there safely, it is almost impossible for any other country to access the companies assets or shares, it requires a multi million crime to do so.
