It's possible to rent offshore company without personal papers?

I want to rent a offshore company for say 2 months or so. Can I do that without providing any personal papers like passport and utility bill?

If you find a CSP' or lawyer who is offering such service you need to‌ be careful since there are no guarantees of past activity of the company and you‍ can be held reliable.
